Embroidered echoes: Reclaiming and reconstructing lost moments (embroidery)

My artistic practice revolves around reconstructing moments from each day, striving to make these fleeting instances permanent and visible so they are not lost to time. However, digital drawings alone cannot convey the warmth of these moments, the sense of connection, and the intricacies of their significance. Through embroidery—defined by its patient and labor-intensive nature—I transform daily, transitory experiences into monumental events. These embroideries celebrate experiences that might otherwise go unnoticed, inviting a deeper examination of their value.

The size of each embroidery is 70 cm x 70 cm.

Illustrating my life (embroidery)

At the end of 2021, I sustained an injury that left me immobilized for a period of time. During that time, I began creating a visual diary, which I post daily on my Instagram profile. In 2024, I started making embroideries based on selected digital drawings. The size of each embroidery is 20 cm x 20 cm.
